The Challenge
A founder arrived with a clear spark and little else: a belief that everyday wellness could feel effortless. There was no brand, no product, and no proof, only conviction and a short runway to make it real.
The Approach
We began by pressure-testing the idea, sharpening the proposition and the audience until the value was undeniable. From there we built the brand world, the product experience, and the platform in parallel, one team, one standard.
Every screen was prototyped, tested, and refined before a line of production code was written. We engineered for scale from day one, so the launch would be a beginning, not a ceiling.
The Outcome
Lumen launched on time and over expectation, a complete brand and platform that looked and felt like a category leader from its first day.
